Chichester Greyfriars Housing Association has been a trusted affordable housing provider for over 50 years and was set up by local people with the support of the Council. Our well-maintained and appointed properties are highly sought after.

Who can we house?

Chichester Greyfriars Housing Association’s properties are let to age 60+ couples or single people who have a local connection with Chichester District. We offer high-quality self-contained general accommodation (not supported living). You must not be an existing homeowner or have savings above a certain level to qualify. We are dedicated to providing affordable housing that is maintained to a very high standard for all of our tenants in Chichester.

We spend a large proportion of our budget on making sure that all our existing housing stock is well maintained and repairs are carried out quickly and efficiently for our tenants. All our homes meet Decent Homes Standard and have an Energy Performance Rating of C.
