Who are we?
Chichester Greyfriars Housing Association Ltd. is a non-profit making, charitable, organisation. We own and manage eighty three purpose built, self contained flats for older people in Chichester, West Sussex, which are let at affordable rents.
CGHA is a Registered Social Landlord, regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The
Tenant Services Authority is the government regulator for affordable housing.
Who do we house?
We house older people aged 60 and over, in housing need, who wish to live independently in their own homes.
What sort of accommodation is available?
We have 71 one and two bedroom flats at Royal Close, Chichester.
We also have 12 one bedroom flats at Arthur Ingram Court, St Pancras, Chichester.
What facilities do we offer?
All our flats are:
self-contained,
have the benefit of a community alarm,
stairlift to the first floor,
maintained communal gardens,
we do not have a scheme manager.
